Brian Sullivan
Founder, Brian Sullivan, began his career in 1985 by establishing the first Unique Properties office in Dennis. Shortly thereafter, due to his success and high volume of loyal clients, he opened a second office in Yarmouth Port. In 2005, his wife, Mary Sullivan, Vice President of Cape Cod Bank & Trust Company, Trust Department, for over thirty (30) years, joined him and they successfully established a third office in Orleans. Their combined years of experience in real estate and banking, along with knowledgeable Associates, have assisted clients in making wise decisions about selling and buying Cape Cod property.
